Utah roofs face heavy snow loads, freeze–thaw cycles, strong winds, and intense summer UV. Those conditions demand the right roofing system, installed with attention to ventilation, flashing, and water management — not just shingles.
Our process is straightforward: we inspect, show you what we see, and recommend the smallest solution that actually solves the problem. That might be a targeted repair, a full replacement, or (for eligible asphalt shingle roofs) a rejuvenation treatment to help extend service life.

Whether you’re dealing with a leak, wind-lifted shingles, storm damage, or an aging roof, we’ll help you choose a path that fits your home and budget.
If your roof is near end-of-life, has widespread shingle failure, or you’ve had repeated leaks, replacement is often the most cost-effective long-term move. A quality replacement is more than shingles — it’s underlayment, ice & water protection where needed, correct ventilation, and flashing details that prevent leaks later.
Underlayment, ice protection, ventilation planning, and flashing upgrades — built for Utah’s climate.
Respectful crews, protected landscaping, and full cleanup — including magnetic nail sweeps.
Written estimates that define what’s included so you can compare apples-to-apples.
Not every roof needs to be replaced. Many leaks trace back to a specific detail: pipe boots, flashing at chimneys and walls, or wind-lifted shingles. We identify the cause, recommend the smallest fix that solves it, and help you avoid throwing money at temporary patches.
If damage is localized and the roof still has useful life, repair can be the right call. If problems are widespread, the roof is aging out, or there are multiple leak points, replacement may be smarter. We’ll explain the “why” behind the recommendation.
Hail and wind can damage shingles in ways that aren’t always obvious from the ground. If you’ve had a storm event, an inspection can confirm whether damage is localized, repairable, or significant enough to consider replacement — including what it might look like if you file an insurance claim.
Shingle debris, dented vents/gutters, loose flashing, new ceiling stains.
We can document what we find and help you understand the process and scope.

Rejuvenation can be a smart middle option when shingles are drying out but the roof is still structurally sound. It’s not the right fit for every roof, and it’s not a solution for widespread active leaks or structural issues — but for eligible roofs it may extend service life at a fraction of replacement cost.
In an independent Intertek report, shingles treated with a rejuvenation product were evaluated under ASTM methods for water vapor transmission (ASTM E96), pliability (ASTM D3462 §8.1.7), and displaced granules / granule adhesion (ASTM D3462 §8.1.9 and ASTM D4977). In the report conclusion, treated shingles met the specified pliability and displaced-granule performance requirements, while untreated 15-year-old shingles did not meet the displaced-granule requirement.
Note: testing reflects the sample conditions and the standard methods used. An on-roof inspection determines eligibility.
